Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to change your appointment or cancel it and get a full refund.
With less than 24 hours notice we reserve the right to charge a 50%
cancellation fee should we not have the opportunity to resell the booking.

We cannot take bookings for the spa and pool for anyone under the age of 18.
